Where are we???

We are based inside The Poachers Cottage pub, during the day The Smithy takes over and converts the wonderful space into our coffeeshop nad during the evening The Poachers take their space back and convert it back into a pub.

Our Coffeeshop is where we moved to after our pop up bakery in the Cross Keys, Llanfynydd. Here we were able to have full access to a kitchen as well as the rest of the pub during the day, enabling us to be able to bake our fresh breads and cakes on site as well as serve up breakfasts and lunches as well as provide hot drinks to our customers. We soon outgrew the space again for our bakes so just 6 months later had to open up our bakery just 1 mile up the road in Brymbo, we love our coffeeshop though so still run this alongside our bakery providing breakfasts and lunches using our own bakes plus as much local produce as we can.
